Muromachi Microwave Fixation system

原理與特色:
1. 用微波加熱的方式使得神經(jīng)組織內(nèi)的酶(ENZYME)去活性,以避免死后變化
(post-mortem changes)持續(xù)進展。
2. 此法比用冷凍固定法要來得好:冷凍法需要10-90秒做深入冷凍去活性,這段
期間,深部組織的死后變化(post-mortem changes)已經(jīng)在進行,因腦表面
的熱傳導轉差。微波法可在更短的時間內(nèi)完全去活性。
3. 可以測:

1. 可將溫度升至75-90攝氏度,使腦部快速固定。
2. 微波能量可有效集中在動物的頭部。
3. 各種動物間都可以達到相同的結果。
